Here are the top performers from Week 14 of the high school football season along with basketball and soccer the week of Nov. 24-29. Each week we do top performers for all sports, so please send nominees on Saturday or Sunday to Brandon Shields. Deadline is every Sunday night at 8 p.m.

Player of the Week: Nash Morgan, QB, Warren Central: Rushed 19 times for 220 yards with three touchdowns and went 9-of-10 passing for 100 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings 45-42 win over Ridgeland.

TOP PERFORMERS

FOOTBALL

Jonah Artman, K, Warren Central: Went 6-for-6 on extra points, booted a 45-yard field goal, and kicked two touchbacks in the Vikings 45-42 win over Ridgeland.

Kylan Bobo, RB, Tupelo: Rushed 20 times for 102 yards and two touchdowns in the Golden Wave’s 21-20 win over Oxford.

Rokari Covington, LB, Kosciusko: Had 10 tackles and a sack in the Whippets 17-7 win over Louisville.

Chase Craft, QB, Heidelberg: Went 8-of-12 passing for 154 yards with two touchdowns, 12 carries for 95 yards with a touchdown, and converted a two-point conversion in the Oilers 46-14 win over Mize.

Cooper Crosby, RB, Gulfport: Ran the ball 21 times for 188 yards with four touchdowns and added two catches for 51 yards in the Admirals 40-7 win over Brandon.

Daygan Crowley, WR/LB, East Webster: Hauled in three catches for 110 yards with a touchdown and had 11 tackles along with two tackles for loss in the Wolverines 21-14 win over Kemper County.

Junior Curney, LB, Poplarville: Recorded 18 tackles in the Hornets 20-14 win over Poplarville.

Xavier Dennis, RB, Picayune: Ran the ball 25 times for 230 yards with three touchdowns in the Maroon Tide’s 47-27 loss to Hattiesburg.

Jamari Gaines, DL, Warren Central: Totaled 15 tackles, two tackles for loss, and a sack in the Vikings 45-42 win over Ridgeland.

DeAndre Gatson, RB, Simmons: Carried the ball 18 times for 96 yards and a touchdown in the Blue Devils 12-8 win over Taylorsville.

Jykeim Goodwin, QB, Noxubee County: Rushed 25 times for 154 yards with four touchdowns in the Tigers 54-21 win over Winona.

Ashton Gorden, RB, Ridgeland: Ran the ball 18 times for 173 yards and two touchdowns in the Titans 45-42 loss to Warren Central.

Dee Haughton, DL, West Point: Recorded five tackles, two tackles for loss, a pass break-up, and a sack in the Green Wave’s 20-6 win over Holmes County.

J.J. Hill, RB, Tupelo: Carried the ball 23 times for 172 yards and a touchdown in the Golden Wave’s 21-20 win over Oxford.

Nadrikus Johnson, DB, West Point: Totaled five tackles, three pass break-ups, and a fumble recovery in the Green Wave’s 20-6 win over Holmes County.

Mahd Jones, DB, East Webster: Had 12 tackles, a interception, and a forced fumble in the Wolverines 21-14 win over Kemper County.

Knox Kiffin, QB, Oxford: Went 8-of-16 passing for 178 yards with three touchdowns in the Chargers 21-20 loss to Tupelo.

Tra Lewis, LB, Columbia: Recorded 20 total tackles and one tackle for loss in the Wildcats 20-14 win over Poplarville.

J.J. McCullum, QB/LB, Raleigh: Went 3-of-5 passing for 108 yards with two touchdowns, ran the ball 13 times for 50 yards with a touchdown, and had seven tackles and two forced fumbles on defense. in the Lions 27-14 win over Seminary.

Julian McCullum, LB, Raleigh: Had nine tackles and two fumble recoveries in the Lions 27-14 win over Seminary.

Madaylan McKenzie, DE, Heidelberg: Totaled 12 tackles and four tackles for loss in the Oilers 46-14 win over Mize.

Parker Nettles, QB, Gulfport: Went 15-of-18 passing for 228 yards with a touchdown and added 21 yards rushing on three carries and a touchdown in the Admirals 40-7 win over Brandon.

Jamarion Owens, DL, Raleigh: Recorded six tackles in the Lions 27-14 win over Seminary.

Clydarion Peters, QB, Columbia: Rushed 10 times for 135 yards with two touchdowns and went 2-of-5 passing for 46 yards and a touchdown in the Wildcats 20-14 win over Poplarville.

Harland Pittman, QB, Calhoun City: Went 13-of-15 passing for 183 yards with three touchdowns and added 16 yards rushing on nine carries in the Wildcats 36-14 win over Biggersville.

Daylan Richardson, DL, Simmons: Had 13 total tackles in the Blue Devils 12-8 win over Taylorsville.

LaMarcus Riley, DL, Kosciusko: Had 11 tackles and two tackles for loss in the Whippets 17-7 win over Louisville.

Lawrence Robertson, DL, Gulfport: Recorded seven tackles, six tackles for loss, three sacks, and a forced fumble in the Admirals 40-7 win over Brandon.

Rowdy Rone, LB, Kosciusko: Had 10 tackles and two tackles for loss in the Whippets 17-7 win over Louisville.

Jorden Rush, DL, West Point: Recorded eight tackles, three tackles for loss, and a sack in the Green Wave’s 20-6 win over Holmes County.

Toney Scott, RB, Hattiesburg: Rushed 11 times for 52 yards and two touchdowns in the Tigers 47-27 win over Picayune.

Clay Stamps, LB, Simmons: Totaled 10 tackles, three tackles for loss, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in the Blue Devils 12-8 win over Taylorsville.

Jadien Taylor, ATH, Noxubee County: Carried the ball 27 times for 159 yards with three touchdowns in the Tigers 54-21 win over Winona.

Caiden Wade, QB, Kosciusko: Went 11-of-21 passing for 170 yards and a touchdown in the Whippets 17-7 win over Louisville.

Chaka Walker, LB, Warren Central: Recorded 14 tackles and a tackle for loss in the Vikings 45-42 win over Ridgeland.

D.K. Wallace, QB, Ridgeland: Rushed 23 times for 203 yards with three touchdowns in the Titans 45-42 loss to Warren Central.

Davion Young, WR, Hattiesburg: Ran the ball seven times for 137 yards with two touchdowns and caught two passes for 19 yards in the Tigers 47-27 win over Picayune.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Erick Dampier, Jr., MRA: Scored 28 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in the Patriots 62-56 win over Jim Hill, had 24 points and 13 rebounds in a 59-56 win over St. Thomas More (La.), and had 24 points and 14 rebounds in a 66-48 win over Oxford (Ala.).

Marcus Goodloe, Jackson Academy: In three games for the Raiders averaged 14 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and four steals in a win over Catholic (La.) and in losses to Jim Hill and St. Thomas More (La.).

Jaiden Greenleaf, Jefferson County: Had 16 points, three rebounds, two steals, and two assists in the Tigers 64-14 win over Enterprise-Lincoln and had 11 points, three steals, and three assists in a 74-47 loss to Natchez.

Cory Guyton, Kosciusko: Had 24 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in the Whippets 75-54 win over Aberdeen.

Joseph Ostrander, Thrasher: Scored 24 points and had five steals in the Rebels 63-46 loss to Mantachie.

Samuel Prince, Leake Academy: Poured in a game-high 40 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the Rebels 62-41 win over Choctaw County.

Jaden Tate, Starkville: Had 13 points, seven rebounds, two assists, a block, and a steal in the Yellowjackets 51-45 win over Arlington (Tenn.).

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Meg Barbour, Jackson Prep: Scored 17 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in the Lady Patriots 42-27 win over Oxford and had 20 points and six rebounds in a 56-48 win over South Pontotoc.

Aubrey Chambers, Jackson Academy: Had 23 points, three rebounds, and three steals in the Lady Raiders 61-43 loss to Choctaw Central.

Valerie Hester, Thrasher: Had 14 points, six rebounds, five steals, and three assists in the Lady Rebels 63-51 win over Ripley.

Elle McNulty, Simpson Academy: Scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the Lady Cougars 74-70 win over Louisville.

Brookelyn Roberts, Thrasher: Had 29 points, 14 rebounds, and five steals in the Lady Rebels 63-51 win over Ripley.

Karley Robinson, Madison Central: Had 12 points, seven assists, seven rebounds, a block, and a steal in the Lady Jaguars 64-57 win over Northwest Rankin.

Jayda Smith, Simpson Academy: Scored 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the Lady Cougars 74-70 win over Louisville.
